Service Description

Whether you experience occasional or on-going lower back pain then this free workshop aims to discuss common causes and provide a few top tips on how you can self treat. This is a general session and individual cases will not be discussed. This workshop has a practical element so please wear loose fitting or sports clothes. Free refreshments will be available. Workshops are limited to 6 places. (Attendees with specific issues should book an initial osteopathic consultation instead)
